The 2026 Brese Family Reunion was a wonderful event. Family members who hadn’t seen each other in decades reconnected and shared stories and many meeting family members for the first time.

Thank you to all who attended (especially those who traveled from out of town), those who brought food, Tom’s touching performance of taps, Matt & Stacy Szlachetka for the water balloons, snow cone & cotton candy, those that brought pictures and to the organizing committee of Donna Chesnut, Lucille Setlock and Janice Connolly. A special thank you to Gene for his generous donation to cover costs, in Betty’s memory, and for coordinating the Brese directory and family tree.
