Food & Drink

  • Two meats, spuds & vegetable lasagna provided by BW’s BBQ

  • We are asking each in-town family to bring a food item or dessert to share (when you RSVP by clicking on the RSVP Form above, let us know what you’re bringing),
    When people respond, it will be posted the Confirmed Attending & Food Contribution page so we don’t all bring the same thing :-)

  • Dinner at 4:00

  • Bring your own drinks

  • Paper products (plates, napkins, forks) will be provided

  • Cost of shelter rental ($230) and food will be divided among attendees age 19 and over (to be determined when we have a final count).
    You can use cash, check or Venmo to Rosanne-Steinmetz.

  • Gene Brese has made a generous donation towards the cost of the food & shelter, so we will be able to order the “good stuff” from BWs and greatly reduce the shared cost. Thank you so much Gene !!

Lodge Details

  • Restrooms located inside

  • Lodge has electricity

  • No refrigerator or stove

  • Coolers with ice will be supplied to store anything that has to be kept cold

  • NO air conditioning

  • 12 Tables, accommodates 80 people

Please Bring

  • Your own drinks

  • Comfortable, casual, weather-appropriate clothing

  • Pictures, memories and stories to share

  • Games (cornhole, croquet, etc.)

Park Rules

  • Only alcoholic beverages allowed are beer and wine

  • No beer kegs or glass beverage containers

  • Use of staples, nail, tape tacks & balloons is prohibited

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
